1. About these terms

These terms cover using this website and working with SL Digital (ABN [CONFIRM]), based on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

When you engage us, we'll send a written quote or proposal. If it says something different from these terms, the quote or proposal wins.

2. Using this website

The information on this site is general. It isn't advice for your business until we've talked about your situation.

Please don't copy or reuse the content, design or images on this site without asking us first.

3. Our services

What we'll do, and what it costs, is set out in your quote. Anything outside it is quoted separately before we start.

To do the work we may need access to your ad accounts, website, CRM or other tools. You're responsible for giving us that access and for the accuracy of what you tell us.

4. Fees and payment

Monthly services are invoiced [CONFIRM: monthly in advance]. One-off work is invoiced [CONFIRM: for example 50% to start and 50% on completion]. Invoices are due within [CONFIRM] days. Prices include GST unless the quote says otherwise [CONFIRM].

Ad spend is paid by you, straight to the ad platforms, and is separate from our fees [CONFIRM].

5. A short setup period, then no lock-in

Most monthly services start with a short minimum term. It covers setting the work up properly. After that it's month to month, with no lock-in.

The minimum terms are: Meta ads and Google ads, 2 months. The Growth System package, 3 months. SEO, website care and Google Business Profile management, 6 months. The Get Found package has no minimum term. It's month to month from the start. Your quote shows the term for each service you choose.

After the minimum term, either of us can end a monthly service with [CONFIRM: 30 days'] written notice. You pay for work done up to the end of the notice period.

6. Results

We'll do the work carefully and be honest with you about how it's going. Ad platforms, search engines and markets are outside our control, so we can't promise a particular number of leads, sales or search rankings.

7. Your accounts and your work

Your ad accounts, website, domain and CRM data stay yours. If we stop working together, we'll hand back access.

Once you've paid for it, the creative, copy and website we make for you is yours to use. [CONFIRM: any exceptions, such as stock footage licences or templates.]

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the [CONFIRM: three] months before it.

How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
